This is a Automated Protein Synthesizer that can carry out transcription reaction, translation reaction and affinity purification with a one-step process.

Purified protein can be obtained just by setting the reagents, which can dramatically reduce the hassle and time required.

Approximately 900 µg of purified Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) can be obtained from a 6 mL reaction scale.

Features:

  • Automated controls through transcription reaction, translation reaction  and affinity purification.
  • Maximum of six purified proteins can be produced simultaneously in a 6 mL reaction scale.
  • Temperature controls make it possible to synthesize and purify highly heat-sensitive protein with stability
  • Comes with 24-sample screening mode function (crude samples only)
