Protemist XE
This is a Automated Protein Synthesizer that was developed for the large scale production of protein for purposes such as producing antigens and performing structural analysis.
Synthetic efficiency has been maximized by adopting the Filter & Feed method, which automatically replenishes substrates and mRNA, dramatically increasing synthetic yields of protein.
Approximately 50 mg of GFP can be synthesized in 24 hours in a 10 mL reaction scale.
